In 2001 an investigation of the Clinton Foundation began that lasted four years. While a grand jury had been impaneled there was no indictment. From 2001 to 2003 Foreign Governments were making donations to the Clinton Foundation so-called charity, however, none of those donations were ever declared.

    The investigation into the Clinton foundation was then taken over by James Comey in 2002, and Lois Lerner was transferred to the Internal Revenue Service to run the Tax Exemption Branch of the IRS.  

      Also from 2001 to 2005 the Tax Division Inside the Department of Justice was run by Assistant Attorney General of the United States Rod Rosenstein, while Robert Mueller was director of the Federal Bureau of investigation.

     The four basic characters involved in the Russia Dossier seem to be everywhere the FBI, the Justice Department, IRS, interchanging jobs except for Comey who took a civilian job with Lockheed Martin to arrange for 17 no-bid contracts which resulted in his getting a personal gift a $6 million.

     Let's take a short recap; Lois Lerner works for the IRS Charitable Investigations Department then goes to the head of the Department of Justice (DOJ) while Comey works the FBI investigating the Clinton Foundation quits goes to work for Lockheed Martin who gets 17 no-bid contracts and gives Comey a gift of $6 million who then returns to the FBI which is run by Mueller from 2001-2005. Comey takes Mueller's place as head of the FBI and runs the investigation of Hillary Clinton's email scandals. Comey exonerates Hillary after a phony investigation. .

the Russia investigation (which is based on the totally false Russia dossier) and promptly gets fired. Of course it is Rosenstein who now oversees the Mueller investigation of President Trump.

     Now if you look at the people who were involved with all of this phony nonsense it's always the same four, Learner, Comey, Rosenstein, and Mueller. They have been wandering around different departments of the federal government, FBI, Attorney General's Office, IRS etc. for years and no matter where you turn on this chart those four are involved. 
     The current standout of this group is Comey who is made complete and total fool of himself during the last several days of his book tour. It has been an absolute surprise to many of those who held a high opinion of Comey only to realize he's just another political hack. There's an old adage that states, "Birds of a feather flock together." Or you might prefer, "Water seeks its own level." We have to look at this group as the executive heads of a much larger coterie, that is intimate exclusive group of persons with a unifying common interest or purpose; in this case a group that hates President Trump and wants to get him out of office. We would have to include the description of a cabal as pertains to Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, as well as Comey's brother who works for the firm that does the Clinton Foundation's taxes, and of course Bruce and Nelly Ohr, all of whom make up the big players in this attempt to usurp the Office of the President of the United States of America.

Illegal Workings of the DOJ and FBI Upper Echelon

     The amount of skulduggery, pernicious activity, and belied, beguiling brinksmanship becomes more and more outrageous as additional emails and reports are released. There is no attempt here to expose or discuss the entire amount of contemptible, fatuous, hegemonic, malfeasance that has taken place.

     The criminal activities in an attempt to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president and the insurance policy to guarantee his failure include interference in a federal election for the office of the president of United States, to attempted usurpation of a sitting president. There is absolutely no question that these activities have taken place and were supported and abetted by the cabal in this chart and others.
     The most disturbing element of this entire Machiavellian oligarchy and their plot, is their unequivocal exposure as a result of the acts of these nefarious conspirators by being foisted by their own petard.
                          Yet, where are all the indictments.
     Any other regular American citizen involved in such activities, with less evidence than what is available for these perverse antagonists would have been placed in prison by now.
      What has taken place, concerning these inimical sub rosa government officers, is not American justice in action but the Byzantine fissiparousness of the Mueller Russian Collusion investigation; Comey firing, Hillary and DNC fictitious dossier; the FISA court; McCabe firing; with various and sundry ancillary and concomitant actors in this epitasis. Meanwhile the Democrats are awaiting a catastrophic event ending President Trump's occupation of the White House.  

      Where is any semblance of similarity to American law enforcement action at the FBI; where is United States Attorney General Jeff Sessions' prosecutorial plethora of criminal indictments?  

      Do we, as Americans, have to accept the fact that our protection from criminals by the DOJ and the FBI is a case of the asylum being run by the inmates?
